Registration and submission of works:

All works are submitted online, and the physical size is not limited.
Only JPG or PNG files are accepted for submission files, and the maximum file size is 5MB.
"Spring couplet group" top couplet, bottom couplet and horizontal batch (if any) must be photographed in the same file
The work must be clearly photographed and submitted as an electronic file, and the physical work must be properly preserved until the end of the competition, that is, after receiving the award and certificate. During the competition, contestants are required to submit the physical originals of their works at any time for verification, review, exhibition and other purposes. Failure to submit the physical original copy of the work within the required deadline will result in disqualification.
The file of the work must be taken in the "front" (Pic.1 ) and saved as a JPG or PNG file no larger than 5MB and uploaded and submitted during registration.
There is no limit to the number of entries for each participant, but only one entry can be submitted for each entry, and each entry can only be entered once in this competition.

Complete the work
Participants need to prepare suitable electronic files of their works and upload them in the registration form
Fill in the online form (and upload works at the same time)
After submitting the form, check the email and check all information in the confirmation email, and mark down the application number
The original documents of the work must be kept until the end of the competition and can be submitted at any time during the competition

Awards:

Each group has one champion, one 1 st runner-up, and one 2nd runner-up, and there is no limit to the number of gold, silver, bronze, merit, and participation awards.
Winners of each award can be eligible to apply for awards, and apply for certificates, medals, trophies and trophies according to individual needs.

Certificate – HK$60 (includes one local trackable mail or courier fee) (price will be adjusted in 2024)

Electronic Certificate - HK$50 (PDF file will be sent by email for non-Hong Kong contestants to choose)
Medal - HK$100 (Included once local traceable mail or courier fee)
Trophies - Trophies styles and application fees will be announced at the time of formal application. Trophies are about HK$180 (Included once local traceable mail or courier fee)

Special notice:

In response to the requirements of overseas participants, in order to reduce the cost of overseas mailing, starting from March 31, 2021, the default mailing method in all Asia regions will be changed to "Surface Registered Mail". The award application link will be sent out at the same time as the results announcement email. After the winners have paid the payment, they can click the link to complete the online application and upload the payment proof at the same time.
Deposit Receipt (Payment Paper) Please take a clear photo and save it as a PDF, JPG or PNG file for submission, and keep the original physical receipt until the end of the event.
To pay by electronic payment, please fill in the name of the participant in the remarks, and save a screenshot of the payment confirmation screen with transaction number, date and time as a PDF, JPG or PNG file for submission.

Overseas non-Hong Kong participants:

Non-Hong Kong local contestants who are unable to pay by the above payment methods can apply for credit card payment when registering for each event or award application. After completing the application, the payment link will be issued by email.

Rules:

This competition will be conducted in accordance with the "Comprehensive Competition Rules" of the above ‧ Culture and the rules of this competition. Once the participants register, they have understood and agreed to abide by all the rules.
Once all the works are submitted, it is agreed that the works will be displayed and exhibited in any way at any time, without the need for the author's consent.
If the competition requires the participant to submit the physical original of the entry, the participant must submit the entry to the designated location within the deadline.
The committee will not be responsible for any damage to all works.
Once any fee is paid, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
The host organization reserves the right to make the final decision on qualifications.
