All participating videos are submitted online, and the maximum length of videos is 3 minutes.

Only MP4, WMV, AVI or MOV files are accepted for submission of works.

Only one video can be uploaded for each application, and the video can be shot with a normal smartphone or camcorder. Please note that it needs to be shot in a quiet environment.

At the beginning of the video, the contestant must first clearly introduce the contestant, including the contestant's full name (which can be read in English, Mandarin or Cantonese).

The camera must be shot from the front, and the face and upper body of the contestant must be clearly displayed in the clip.

The judging will be based on the performance of the contestants in the following aspects and the overall art performance of recitation:

Champion ------The participants with the first score in each category
1st Runner-up ------ The second-place participant in each category

Silver Award ------ Participants who won 85-89 points
Bronze Award -------Participants who won 80-84 points
Merit Award ------ Participants who won 70-79 points
Participation Award---Participants with 69 points or less

Each group will have one winner, first runner-up, and second runner-up. Gold, silver, bronze, merit, and participation award are not limited.

If there are less than five people in the group, only one winner will be set for the group; if there are less than three people in the group, there will be no ranking for the group.

If the winner, first runner-up, and second runner-up of each group have not completed the complete competition procedure, the ranking will be considered an omission and will not be made up.

The winner, first runner-up, and second runner-up of each group will be determined according to the order of the results of the group. The winner of the group score must reach the gold award, and the first and second runner-up score must reach the silver award or above. If no contestant in the event meets the score requirements, the award will be canceled.
